Generating an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for your Return

  • If Natural Dermis does not meet and exceed your expectations, you may request a return any time within 20 days of the original purchase. Touch here to contact us by email or call us at (702) 949.7520 to describe the nature of your return.
  • A member of our support team will contact you within 24 hours via email or phone to assist with your return/refund.
  • Our support team will respond directly to your email to finalize your RMA. This email conversation with our support team will serve as your RMA and will need to be printed out and included in the same package with the product to be returned.
  • Be sure to email us a photocopy of the return tracking information from your post office.
  • Refunds will be immediately credited to the original source of payment once return package has been received by our Returns Department.

  • If Natural Dermis does not meet and exceed your expectations, you may request an exchange at any time within 20 days of the original purchase. Touch here to contact us by email and describe the nature of your request to exchange.
  • A member of our support team will contact you within 24 hours via email or phone to assist with your return/exchange.
  • Our support team will respond directly to your email to finalize your RMA. This email conversation with our support team will serve as your RMA and will need to be printed out and included in the same package with the product to be sent back for an exchange.

  • Exchanges will be immediately sent out once tracking information has been received by our Shipping Department.

Refund Eligibility

  • The product order date is within 20 days of emailed request to return or exchange.
  • The product must not be more than 20% used.
  • The product should still have and be shipped in its original packaging, still in excellent condition
  • Receipt or proof of purchase.
  • A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) – see above
  • Products that do not meet these criteria will be ineligible for return or exchange.
